This class, designed by Dr Robert Cooper, employs a range of step, body weight and weight-based exercises with an aim to improve cardiovascular and muscular endurance exercise ability. Although this class holds a certain intensity, it can be adapted to all fitness levels.

PERSONAL TRAINER INFORMATION
Dr Robert Cooper is our resident personal trainer and fitness class instructor at Huddersfield Lawn Tennis and Squash Club.
Robert is highly qualified holding a PhD in Sports Nutrition, Exercise and Supplementation and a degree in Food, Nutrition and Health Bsc (Hons) as well as a Level 3 (REPs), personal trainer qualification. Robert has gained a lot of experience from working in the fitness industry since 2005 and in sports science academia between 2010 to 2014, publishing from his research projects.
Whatever your research and fitness goals, Robert can offer:
– Evidence based personalised exercise programmes
£25 per hour
– Personal training for individuals or small groups
£35 per hour for 2, please contact for larger groups
– Sports therapy (home visits only)
