This class employs a range of step, body weight and weight-based exercises with an aim to improve cardiovascular and muscular endurance exercise ability. Although this class holds a certain intensity, it can be adapted to all fitness levels.

PERSONAL TRAINER INFORMATION
Niall Wright is our gym and fitness class instructor at Huddersfield Lawn Tennis and Squash Club. Niall is a highly qualified personal trainer who holds a Bsc (Hons) degree and Extended Diploma in Sports Science in addition to his ActiveIQ Level 2 and Level 3 (ongoing) qualifications. With countless hours of experience in leisure centres, gyms and summer camps since 2016, Niall is extremely passionate about fitness and helping everyone achieve their fitness goals.
Niall’s passion for fitness is never ending. Constantly consuming information through the means of studies, online forums and YouTube videos is one of his favourite things to do. Niall also places a strong emphasis on positive mental health, offering tips on stress management, body image and self-belief.
- Niall was born in Cyprus, however he holds a Canadian citizenship.
- Nialls family tree is full of current and retired Armed Forces soldiers.
- Niall has a Staffordshire Bull Terrier, called Duke.
Niall offers the following services:
One-to-one personal training sessions- £15 per hour
Buddy sessions (bring a friend)- £25 per hour
