We have over 650 tennis playing members plus excellent facilities which include:

Tomas David CCA (Level II)

My tennis career has taken me all over the world coaching both adults and juniors to an international level. I am currently coaching players to success within the international circuit.

In addition, I enjoy coaching adults and children at a variety of levels; my aim is to help players achieve their full potential by providing them with the necessary encouragement, support and motivation.

Rebecca Lee – Tennis Manager
LTA Club Coaches Award – Level Two (2002)

As a junior Rebecca was a regular member of the Yorkshire Junior County Squad, and in 1985 at under 14 level became Yorkshire Junior champion. Now, at senior level, she plays District, Yorkshire and National League for Huddersfield 1st team.
She has now been coaching 12 years, and enjoys working with all ages. Rebecca was appointed as Junior Development Officer in 2001, and then in early 2005 was offered the post of Tennis Manager. Her work involves ensuring the smooth running of all tennis activities at the club. Her coaching team includes a Mini/Junior Tennis Co-ordinator, and Performance Coach.
Rebecca continues to work with the younger talent development players, but also works closely with the ladies doubles team players.

Andrew Smith – Mini Tennis Co-ordinator
LTA Development Coaches Award – Level One

As a junior Andrew played at Rastrick Tennis Club, since joining Huddersfield he has played National Club League and Yorkshire League division 1. Whilst obtaining a Health and Sports studies degree at Huddersfield University, he took his DCA award and passed in early 2005. Andrew works with all ages but his main focus is the Mini Tennis Programme, where he co-ordinates all activities. Andrew began work at Huddersfield on a part-time basis then in October 2005, he was offered the full-time role of Mini Tennis Co-ordinator.
