Sophy Ansell is our new personal trainer and fitness class instructor at Huddersfield Lawn Tennis and Squash Club.
Sophy offers all of her clients a bespoke training plan in addition to their 1-2-1 personal training sessions with invaluable nutrition advice to help them achieve their specific goals. Sophy’s aim is to transform her clients using fun and effective training sessions whilst also educating them on how to look after their bodies effectively so that, when they are confident enough, they can go on to continue their training without her guidance.
Although many clients do decide to continue with their personal training in order to keep pushing their bodies to the max and keep their motivation up, Sophy believes that her main role is to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to stay fit and healthy for life.
