At HTLSC we have Gym Classes during the week which are free to members.
Class schedules in detail:
FULL BODY WORKOUT CIRCUIT
A 10 minute warm up followed by an intense 40 minute workout, targeting all body parts. Each circuit session will be completely different to keep the body guessing. With a 10 minute cool down at the end to stretch out those overworked muscles. These circuits are designed to challenge and help tone and strengthen the body with a high calorie burn throughout. All fitness levels welcome.
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) sessions have become all the rage over the last few years. They are short, intense workouts which have a very high calorie burn. This very effective workout is a challenge but very rewarding.
A brilliant group fitness class using military principles to push the body in ways it will not have been pushed before. This class can be taken inside the gym or outside. Be prepared for a challenge but also prepare to reap the benefits a bootcamp will provide. It’s all about teamwork! All fitness levels welcome.
BODYWEIGHT CIRCUIT TRAINING
A full bodyweight circuit, not designed to be easy, but definitely a challenge. Pushing all body parts to the limits to help achieve the results you are looking for. A great way to set your weekend going with this all over body workout. All fitness levels welcome.
LEGS, BUMS AND TUMS
A specific workout that targets the legs, glutes and abs to help build and strengthen the core and legs. All levels are welcome to this hour long session that will leave you feeling great afterwards!
Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and well-being. Pilates has something to offer people of all ages and levels of ability and fitness, from beginners to elite athletes.
